Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Reboxable ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 Reboxable provides rental moving boxes for customers in Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas. Our services include the delivery and pickup of plastic totes for moving and storage purposes.

1.2 By using our services, you acknowledge that the rental period begins upon delivery and ends when we retrieve the rental boxes from the specified location.

2. Rental Agreement

2.1 By placing an order, you agree to enter into a rental agreement with Reboxable. You understand that the rental boxes remain our property at all times.

2.2 You are responsible for the rented items during the rental period and must take reasonable care of them. Any loss, damage, or excessive wear to the rental boxes may incur additional charges.

2.3 Customer acknowledges that they have care, custody, and control of the Reboxable boxes while the boxes are at the Customer’s location. The Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the boxes. If the boxes are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the Customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the boxes, which is $25.00 per damaged box.

2.4 Customer acknowledges that they have care, custody, and control of the Reboxable dollies while the dollies are at the Customer’s location. The Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the dollies. If the dollies are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the Customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the dollies, which is $80.00 per dolly.

2.5 Customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for having the Reboxable boxes and dollies available for pickup by the agreed-upon date. For each additional day that the Reboxable boxes are not returned, there will be an additional rental charge of $0.35 per day per box. If the boxes are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the boxes and will be charged the full retail value of $25.00 per box. If the dollies are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the dollies and will be charged the full retail value of $80.00 per dolly.

3. Delivery and Pickup

3.1 We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the rental boxes to the specified location and retrieve them at the end of the rental period as agreed upon during the ordering process.

3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the designated delivery and pickup address during the scheduled time slots. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.

4. Use of Rental Boxes

4.1 The rental boxes provided by Reboxable are intended for moving and storage purposes only. They should not be used for any illegal or hazardous activities.

4.2 You are responsible for packing the rental boxes appropriately, ensuring that weight limits are not exceeded, and that no prohibited items are placed inside the boxes.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Rental fees and any applicable charges will be clearly stated during the ordering process. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified fees.

5.2 All payments must be made in the currency specified on our website. We accept major credit cards or other forms of payment as indicated.

5.3 Late returns, damages, excessive wear, or failure to comply with these Terms may result in additional fees or charges, which will be communicated to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Reboxable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or rental boxes.

6.2 We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of the rental boxes or our services.

7. Privacy

7.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein.

8. Termination

8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to the Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or modifications.
